The Congress of People’s Deputies of Russia supports the creation of a Special Tribunal for the Crime of Russian Aggression. The main task of the Tribunal is to investigate the crime of aggression against Ukraine.
On behalf of the Russian people, we appeal to all governments of the countries of the world to support the creation of a Special Tribunal for the Crime of Russian Aggression in Ukraine in order to hold all current Russian authorities to account for the unleashed aggressive war.
We hope that the Tribunal will give a worthy and fair assessment of the crimes of Vladimir Putin and other members of the Russian Security Council, so that they answer for all crimes committed against Russian, Ukrainian and other peoples.
The creation of this Special Tribunal is the only legitimate way to achieve this.
The Congress authorizes Mark Feygin to work with international organizations and governments to establish and start the work of the Tribunal.
