Born in Kursk in 1982.
Software engineer, former municipal deputy.
In 2004, he graduated with honors from the Kursk State Technical University with a degree in Computer Engineering and Automated Systems Software.
In 2013, he received an additional higher education under the program “Master of Business Administration”, specializing in “Strategic Management” at the International Business School of the Financial University.
From 2013 to 2016, he participated in the registration of the political party “Party of Progress”, was a member of the council of the regional branch of the party in the Moscow region. He was engaged in a campaign for the ratification of Article 20 of the UN Convention against Corruption, registration of local branches of the Progress Party in the Moscow region.
In 2014, he was elected to the Council of Deputies of the urban settlement of Ramenskoye, Moscow Region. He dealt with the improvement of the urban settlement of Ramenskoye and campaigns against cutting down the Ramenskoye forest.
In 2015, he was engaged in campaigning in the Moscow region for participation in the anti-crisis march “Spring”.
Since 2016 lives in New Zealand.
