Russian opposition politician, social democrat.
Born in Leningrad in 1987, he has two higher educations – legal and economic.
In 2011, he was elected to the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg, but as a result of fraud, he lost his mandate, which was later confirmed in its decision by the European Court of Human Rights.
In 2014, he was the initiator of the first anti-war rally in Russia, which was held in St. Petersburg.
Since November 2022 – a delegate to the Congress of People’s Deputies.
